Sports Massage is my specialty! Using techniques such as deep tissue, stretching, trigger point, myofascial release, and friction to target specific muscle groups and improve range of motion. This is true bodywork. You'll feel the difference.
Enrichments & add-ons are great ways extend or enhance your experience. Indulge in spa treatments like hot stones, scrubs, and wraps! For deeper, targeted work check out cupping, scraping, or ice. Build your own massage!
